The Henry Ford Heritage Association is proud to offer our speakers bureau to your group or audience. Henry Ford’s interests and activities went well beyond his automobiles and we have several members with the expertise to provide informative talks on a wide range of subjects related to his life and accomplishments.
Our speakers are available for a modest tax deductible contribution to the association. All of our presentations include a copy of our introductory newsletter for each member of your audience. Some of our speaker’s profiles are included here.
For more information on how the Henry Ford Heritage Association can provide an informative talk tailored to your audience please contact us at hfha@hfha.org and a member of our speakers bureau will be in touch!
I was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area and came to SE Michigan to work at GM in 1985. In 1992 I came over to the Blue Oval and was hired in permanently in 1994. I have been married to my wonderful wife Victoria for 17 years and have two beautiful daughters, Martha and Josephine. I sit on the council of the Dearborn First United Methodist Church and am the (soon-to-be former!) treasurer of the Dearborn Recreation Dolphins swim club. I love history, visiting museums, motorsports, camping, motorcycling, and reading.

Richard Gatza grew up with Ford automobiles, owning many himself. He went to work for Ford Motor Company in 1962 and retired 40 years later from the Rouge. When his wife Ruth became a tour guide at the Henry Ford Estate, he took an interest in Henry Ford and his life. He became a tour guide at the Estate as well, working many events, and even played Santa for many years. After retirement, he volunteered at The Henry Ford and eventually went to work part-time as a tour guide at the Ford Rouge Plant. Richard is a master presenter at the Ford Rouge Factory Tour, and gets to talk to people from all over the world, sharing a common interest in the life of Henry Ford. Richard and Ruth have been members of Henry Ford Heritage Association for many years and now serve as directors on the board. They usually work as a team when presenting about Henry Ford to groups through the association.
